To use our services, you must create a business account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete business information.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering or financing of terrorism.
• Fraudulent transactions or scams.
• Processing payments for prohibited goods or services.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or reverse engineer the platform.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for using Infinity Pay are outlined in your merchant agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice. All fees are processed automatically during transaction settlement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Infinity Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
